Seasonal Selections

December 2019: Do you need a CD for a service? Then let us make you a customised Bespoke CD currently only £12.00 including P&P (Usually £15.99).

Listen to our new hit carol from Colin Gordon-Faleigh and Greg Scheer – SATB Score available.

November 2019: The season of Advent swiftly followed by Christmas and Epiphany is usually a very busy time for organising Church services. With Village Carol Singing, Christingle, Nine Lessons and Carols, Midnight Mass and Christmas Day services, I can find myself singing carols up to ten times in a week! A throat-soothing drink being essential by lunchtime on Christmas Day.

If you need any help putting together any of services, or a playlist for your phone for carol singing, please feel free to contact me and I am happy to help. Ditto if the carol or hymn you want is not listed, please let me know.

Amongst the carols listed this year are some new ones written by award-winning song-writer Colin Gordon-Farleigh to tunes both familiar and new. Here is one of my favourites, An Angel Appeared to the Shepherds sung by Soprano, Sophie Pentecost. You can find a score to download and recording for congregational singing here.

July 2019: Need music for filling in the gaps in services?  We have just released a new Album of Baroque Miniatures for Organ with thirty tracks from just over 1 minute in length up to nearly 7 minutes.   The pieces are adapted from harpsichord pieces in the form of Baroque dance movements, such as Minuet, Gavotte and Sarabande and are mainly written by lesser known contemporaries of J S Bach.

June 2019: We are making an increasing number of recordings available through SoundCloud this means we can, when given permission from the copyright holder include hymns that are currently in copyright. As well as being available in the Soundcloud App, the recordings should soon become available through other streaming services, such as Spotify and Apple Sounds. However, with about 1,000 hymns to upload, this may take some time.

May 2019: Richard Irwin composition “Hold You (One More Time)” wins Akademia Music Awards Best Classical Song Award

    2. Instrumental Pieces which are a combination of pieces to provide music before and after services, as well as those gaps in the middle. Please Click Here to request any other pieces you might want for your church for baptisms, weddings or funerals, or indeed any other need.
    3. By special request a series of hymns have been recorded using a brass band – these lively recordings can really uplift a congregation as the smiling faces at a recent service testified! If you think any other hymn needs the brass band or orchestral treatment, please let me know.
